So why does Chessie run on her hind legs when it would be faster to use all four? Because rule of funny. :p

Also, just like with the last comic, there was an internal debate on the style of the art. Instead of Chessie’s mouth, this time it’s her arms. Should they be thrust behind her, akin to a ninja style? Or should they be upright like so many of the sprites from SoMT? In the end, I like the way it turned out.

I feel this page does a great job illustrating Chessie and Dook’s relationship.  She does something dangerous, he keeps her out of trouble, she does something random, he facepaws at it.
